Stress Relief Technique: Clutter And Simplicity — by Albert Lee
August 29, 2007 at 1:19 am | In Articles | No CommentsThere are actually a lot of effective ways that could help you in your stress relief management. Among them is the removal of stress clutter. This begins by organizing yourself. By living a simpler life. AND by starting to place things into their proper compartments.
1. Cleaning the clutter
Whether you have noticed it or not, mess really works not for you. Instead, it saps your sense of control on things and in a way, provide an instant source of confusion and stress. So that leaves you no choice but to start reorganizing your things and your way of living.
Simple measures such as regular cleaning of your room or your office table could mean a lot when you have other much stronger stressors around. Remember that you cannot afford more stressors than what you presently have via the people that you regularly deal or through the daily dealings you have to accommodate. So be sure not to let petty things add to your troubles.
2. Take a walk. Try to eat slower. Have more time alone.
There are things in life that should be taken slowly with their lighter handles. You don’t have to take all the toll of stress upon you. Sometimes, the easiest way to deal with things is limit their consequences on you.
Also, you can clean the clutter by setting your priorities right or by learning to say no to things that are possible mediums of stressors. If you think that what you presently have is enough, say the present work delegated to you, then don’t try to impress people by accommodating more requests of work. You can only take so much that going beyond your limitations could mean possible distractions and destruction.
3. Living a simpler life
Twenty-four hours is more than enough to do all things one wants but you must remember to reserve some time for your rest and relaxation. Handling a number of complex activities at a time could decrease your production capacity along with your vigor and passion for doing even the things you like most.
You see, it doesn’t take much to help you live a more comfortable, more satisfying life. Simple stress relief techniques like cleaning your daily stress-manufacturing clutter and attempts to live an unsophisticated life could make the difference between genuine living and living a dead life.

Questioning The Cosmos Within
August 28, 2007 at 6:24 am | In Journal Entry | No CommentsYes you. It is in you. A quote from William Blake…”To see a world in a grain of sand, and a heaven in a wild flower, hold infinity in the palm of your hand, and eternity in an hour”.
Yes it is in you. I refer to the answers to the questions that are particular to your unique personal experience here and now. We have come here to be in alignment with the source principle in our hearts. For so many of us however we find ourselves awakening to the realization that we have been taught by parents and this culture to forget the way we feel and yield our creative and powerful inner truth to a society that wants us to “behave”.
Fortunately the call of source energy within you and me is too powerful to go unnoticed though many try. I can help you now by communicating over time and cyberspace as I sit comfortably in this powerful center and remind you that you are loved. You are loved by you and are part of this amazing eternal unfolding. Eventually you will come to know yourselves now as omniscient. In each moment the answers to the questions important to us are present. Quiet the mind and allow the soul to speak.
It is easy to quiet the mind. In fact your mind will cease thoughtful chatter each night when you fall into a restful state of peaceful sleep. I am here to remind you what may have been forgetting. And as it is of great importance to teach that which we most need to learn I ask that you do as I have done; do your best to remind someone you love how important they are to this glorious unfolding.
We can do no wrong for in this delicious reality we are existent primarily because of the beautiful flow of source energy and this source is only love and light. If we take the analogy of this life as a moving river one can argue that indeed we have the choice to swim upstream and many try. If trying is a vain attempt to swim against the current then allowing is to stop paddling upstream and go with the flow; and conscious co-creating is paddling with the underlying one current of love.
Trust me when I say that walking on water is a personal and emotional affair. Walking in this life always in the flow of underlying bliss and love in spite of external fleeting circumstances is to be above thought like a king or queen on high viewing life below in love and compassion.
Walking on water (ie commanding your emotions) is easier and easier. Relax, breathe deeply, take this gift we give you and wake up and by all means tell as many people as possible. Now is the time, tomorrow never comes. You are ever free to choose your principle vibration through your emotions. Relax and allow peace, health, abundance your very dreams to come true through your divine non-resistance. And please remind me if I temporarily forget that I too am eternal source energy expressing my unique self through this physical body as you are.
Love long and prosper,

Living Life With Less Stress
August 21, 2007 at 9:29 pm | In Stress Release | No CommentsIs it a crazy notion that there is more to life than the hectic busy-ness, recurrent melancholy and rampant stress that is a constant in most modern lives? What more could there be, you ask? How about ease, joy, freedom, to name a few. I can hear the chorus now, those nay-sayers chanting, “but those things are just plain lazy!” No, they are our divine birthright, and the reason they feel so good when you’re in them is the indication that you are headed in the healthy, loving, ecstatic direction!
Life is meant to be lived to the fullest. We come in bursting with dreams, creativity and endless playfulness, and this comes all so easily. Remember when you were a child, running from wonderful thing to wonderful thing. Like in a giant amusement park, we ran (not walked!) to the next fun and exciting ride. Our curiosity in constant overdrive, delighting in all things, both small and large. It was easy to have such excitement since everything was so new. When we remember these beginnings, we can see through new eyes today, here and now, and let the ease of life back in.
Joy is the meaning of life, plain and simple. We are here to find our joy — all-ways! Joseph Campbell said, “follow your bliss,” meaning to follow that which brings you joy. You may have heard from many modern day psychologists that when you find work that you love, not only do you have more potential for earning more money, you also have the best chance at being truly happy in life. Pain and suffering are truly only in existence to help us realize what is REALLY important to us, and help us to move in a more healing and joyful direction. If the stove is hot, you move away from it, you don’t take some pain medication to numb yourself and then put your hand on it! Joy is making a realization (a KNOWING) that you deserve something better and then moving toward it enthusiastically.
Freedom is the basis for all like everywhere. We are truly free — no matter what — at all times. Children know this innately, and then adults attempt to beat it out of them. You could be locked up, the key thrown away, but you always have YOU: your mind, your thoughts, your feelings, your vibration. You constantly have a choice. You can choose to see things in a negative way, or you can choose to see things in a better way. It’s the famous “glass half full, or half empty” analogy. How you perceive the world and events in it is completely up to you. You are truly free, and once you realize that fact, you can change your world with the lightening speed of thought.
Embrace your easy, joyful, and free spirit! The more you do, the less stressful your life becomes, the more the universe opens up to you (because you are open to the universe). Your job is to look for what is fun to you — that is the key. When you find what is fun, you can’t help but relax and enjoy the moment. You are powerful beyond measure, and I hope that you know that everything always works out for the best.

Allowing Prosperity
August 21, 2007 at 5:08 am | In Journal Entry | No Comments“Shallow men believe in luck, believe in circumstances: it was somebody’s name, or he happened to be there at the time, or it was so then, and another day it would have been otherwise. Strong men/women believe in cause and effect”. -Ralph Waldo Emerson
What was he saying here? Allowing prosperity means making no excuses. Allowing abundance to flow to you means getting out of your own way and becoming inspired to take action. Preparation is the cause and the effect is abundance. Knowing you are an able and powerful co-creator it is easy to allow abundance to flow. You know that luck favors the prepared and you are fully prepared to answer the questions, make the connections and close the deals. You know you are capable because it is your birth right to live this life in abundance.
Make the choice to succeed and all the steps to your goal shall be inspired. Allow yourself to be alright exactly where you are and in this allowing your path will lay itself out before you. Action will be easy because it is inspired. The most important aspect of co-creation is inspiration. Do what you love to do along your path to abundance and the road will pave itself as you go. Living each day by stating your goal to the universe and then taking inspired action is the recipe for success and prosperity.
Wake up and do what feels good. Hold the thought of your goal in mind for a minute or two. Doing so will then reveal what inspired steps to take to achieve this goal. It is of utmost importance to set your goal each morning. Set a goal that you know to be attainable for the time period you have set aside. Setting this goal in your mind will act as a team who prepaves all the necessary action that you should take on the way to successful fruition of your beautiful goal.
We are powerful because we feel. Take the opportunity to feel great and the path is all easy and downhill. And if you are the type who believes that we must struggle and work hard to achieve our birth right then great…we will meet you at the top with open arms. But please don’t work too hard because this party is just too fun to enjoy without you.
You are loved by more than you know…here is trust, here is faith, here is your human family all working for your success.
Live long and prosper,

Live Your Dream – By Joe Kahler
August 20, 2007 at 8:58 pm | In Articles | No CommentsI’m good enough. I’m smart enough. And, by gosh, I deserve it!
The key thing to remember is to know who you are and understand who you can be. Never let the opinions of others define for you who you are or what you can or cannot do. Although other people may sometimes know you well, they can never know you completely. You know who you are, and what is in your heart, and what you’re willing to do. No opinion from someone else has the power to hold you back.
Pay attention to what others say if you think it could be of use. Seek to understand and to make yourself understood as well as you possibly can. Yet always keep in mind the person who knows most about you is you. You know what you can do, and you know why you’re doing it, even if no one else understands.
The hurtful, limiting comments say more about the people who make those comments than they say about you. Whatever they may say, you know who you are. Move on confidently forward, knowing you are doing the best you can.
The things you possess can be lost or taken from you in an instant. Yet the person you become will be with you always. What you accumulate, even under the best of circumstances, is usually yours for a limited time only. Yet, what you give will always be a part of you.
If your desires are petty, limited and selfish, the world will always seem to be cold and mean. Expand your priorities beyond the superficial concerns, and suddenly you’ll see life in a whole new, bright and shining light.
When you put your efforts into who you can be and what you can do, rather than just on what you can have, something amazing happens. Suddenly, instead of fighting against each moment, each person, each situation, you’re flowing powerfully along with them all.
If your goal is only to acquire, then whatever you get loses meaning as soon as you get it. Yet when you seek to become, to do, to give, you enter a realm of ever-increasing fulfillment.
The more you give of yourself, the more of yourself there is to give, to live, to experience and enjoy.
If it seems like I’m dwelling on your perception of you more than I should, you’d be right. I can’t emphasize how important it is for you to believe in yourself before your social skills can really flourish. The Value of You can’t be stressed enough.

Now This Is News (3 Easy Steps To Peace)
August 15, 2007 at 7:51 pm | In Articles | No CommentsIn this age of information many of us are like mighty oak trees withstanding powerful winds. Mightily we rail against the relentless onslaught of broadcasts and paper news and even the gossip of friends. The way around this constant bombardment of information contradictory to our inner knowing of wellness is as easy as 1,2,3.
1st: Turn off the flow of information from the TV, Periodicals, and virtually anything that feels bad or makes you frustrated. After all, it is hope for a change without the potential that our action may assist said change that creates frustration. In other words you have no control over bombs dropping or the feeding thousands of people.
2nd: Once you have found a safe place to quiet your mind take the time to “witness” your thoughts and notice how they make you feel. Have you ever watched a scary film and while falling asleep seen the images from the movie flash across your mind’s eye? And do you notice the more you try to stop the images more images come that were not even from the film? This is a sampling of the law of attraction in motion. Focus on something desired or not and more of it will come.
When we subject ourselves to anything that FEELS less than joy and peace and love this makes us feel disconnected and powerless. In meditation or hypnotherapy session one can realize the undercurrent that carries thought is always peace, serenity and loving compassion. Thought that feels bad is often created from the outside in. Create the world just as you please and live stress free in thriving health through the creation of thought from the powerful foundation of source inside you.
3rd: When the mind is quiet after some time of breathing and witnessing thoughts come and go, a peace will well up inside. After playing in this delicious energy a knowing conviction creates a confidence that only one fully tuned to source will know. It is from this space that pure positive thought springs to life through the vortex of you. You now command the energy that creates worlds!
Have no fear. Creating from this place consistently takes some practice. It takes trust; trust that you are guided to goodness, guided to love and abundance. The source within every person on this Earth will guide us to peace and redemption if only we make the time to quietly meditate our way within and allow resistant thought to pass like smoke in the wind.

Hydrate Your Body For A Better World
August 14, 2007 at 6:20 am | In Articles | No CommentsThe basis of our life here on Earth is freedom. Freedom of mind and body are the cornerstones of our collective desire for a just and peaceful civilization. To activate the vibrations and fruitions of peace and freedom we must embody freedom. To embody freedom, that is, to enjoy life living pain free and able to breathe deeply is paramount to expressing freedom within family and society. Freedom within is linked intimately and inextricably to the free movement of energy within our body.
In order to express joy we need free movement of thought and physiological function. You know on a deep level the importance of proper hydration. To be lectured by a doctor about the need for drugs when what the body needs first and foremost is proper hydration is a mistake easily preventable. An ounce (rather 6-10 8oz. Glasses) of prevention is worth… a pound of your happiness.
Live free within the body by consuming lots of delicious water and the soul will thrive. Thoughts of a non-resistant nature come to the forefront of our lives and send a pulse of loving energy across this vibrational universe. One soul connected with the divine source within is as influential as millions who are not.
To allow peace and freedom of body through proper hydration is to get in touch with the free flowing energy of source. Our physical body is primarily water. Our birthright is freedom. Feed your inner spring daily and enjoy the influence of source in your life.

Depression Vs. Centeredness
August 13, 2007 at 6:39 am | In Articles | No CommentsWhat is depression? What is fear? Fear and depression are feelings that represent the difference between where you are and where you want to be. So how do we allow well being when what we want is different than that which our world has taught us to expect? When we say we want a thing and in our awakened hours talk and think of the absence of the thing we tear ourselves emotionally asunder and disallow it’s coming. Instead if we breathe fully and close our eyes while seeking a little better feeling thought delicious feelings wash over us from crown to sole. Now we are connected fully and saying powerfully yes to wellness and joy. Feelings of fear and depression then are overtly and joyfully supplanted by your powerful connection to the source energy causing you to desire a better world. The creation of a better world is now as simple as you picking the best feeling thought in each moment.
What we focus on will cause the law of attraction to yield similar if not exact results in our lives. These results are called by many “truths”. So if we seek now to focus on achieving a different result (i.e. better health, more wealth, greater peace) then a different truth will come. You see there is no truth but the one we seek.
Know that you are worthy down to your very core. Here your emotions are the result of your choice to focus on what you want rather than what people call truth. What is the truth of a cancer survivor, the truth of the great athlete, someone in touch with inner knowing that purity exists as the basis of this life. The “truth” is never set in some stone of destiny and if it were we would have no free will and this is no such universe. If the truth is set anywhere it is on your own deserved crown and within the heart of you. So reach with the thoughts, dreams and visions to the future and allow your inner guide, your gut feelings and fun thoughts to influence your actions. You are safe and secure and happy moving outward from a powerful center. Your birthright is all dreams and desires fulfilled.

The Greatest Gift — What Is It? – By Dr. Brenda Shoshanna
August 10, 2007 at 5:59 am | In Articles | No CommentsThe greatest gift we can give one another in a relationship is our true selves — being who we are. For some this is not difficult, but for most it takes practice to take off the masks and become real. At first it can seem frightening to stop playing games, and just be. However, much of the trouble that arises in relationships is because we are unwilling to do this. We think the games we play protect us, though they are actually the cause of the problems we have. Our need for real contact is so strong that when it is not there, our partner can easily feel lonely, rejected, or as though they don’t matter much.
There are all kinds of ways we keep the games going. Instead of finding out who our partner truly is, or what they really need from us, when something happens we don’t like, we rush to label them. They become an object to us, a stranger, or opponent in some way. Before we give them a chance to reveal themselves, we throw them away. In this way, we constantly separate ourselves from one another and then wonder why we feel so alone.
The biggest need we all have is to stop playing games, trust who we are, and realize that each person who comes into our lives is there for a reason; they are worth knowing truly. We must learn to build bridges between ourselves and them; allow open communication to take place. When we are unwilling to do this, it is usually because we are hiding, afraid of being known.
How to Let Go of the Games We Play
To start on our journey of becoming real, it is useful to look closely at the roles we play — the fantasies we so cherish. These roles are often exactly what get in our way. Roles can be hypnotic; it is easy to fall in love with a role or fantasy and begin to believe it is who we truly are.
Or, more commonly, we fall in love with the role someone else is playing, become mesmerized by it, and have no idea at all who the real person is. When that happens, we are not falling in love with the person but with the fantasy they are creating for us. It can and does come as quite a shock when things change, and one day, we find out who they truly are. At this point, many relationships get rocky.
There are many reasons it may feel dangerous to let go of a role or image. For some, the idea of being true has become confused with the idea of being selfish, not caring about the feelings of others. Oddly enough, just the opposite is so. When we are able to respond truthfully, real caring can begin to arise. On the other hand, when we act from our roles and games, we are implicitly demanding this kind of false response from others. This way of relating is deadening, and takes the enthusiasm, fun, and aliveness away. Everything becomes predictable. Boredom sets in.
The biggest danger of being lost in a role is that we lose touch with the reality of who we really are and what’s going on, both for ourselves and others. An incredible amount of misunderstanding comes about when we are glued to a particular fantasy or role. Unglue yourself a little.
In order to unglue ourselves from the usual roles we play, it is helpful to step into another’s shoes. Try seeing the situation from your partner’s point of view. Pretend you are them for a few moments. What would you need or want if that were true? Look at yourself through their eyes. You may be in for quite a surprise. As our compassion for and understanding of others increases, our stereotyped reactions melt away.
We constantly need to broaden our horizons. No relationship can stay the same forever. If it does grow, it begins to fade. If we do not expand, we begin to atrophy as well. As we become real and respond from the truth of who we are, a sense of fresh possibilities, flexibility, and aliveness comes to us. It brings excitement and adventure as well. This is a surefire way to bring the greatest gift, both to others and to ourselves.
