About Hypno-Freedom
Hypno-Freedom was born from the idea that we are here on this earth to serve. And how better to serve than to help people realize who they are and how powerful they are on this planet? If you stop and look around, it’s possible to get caught up in the fearful stories that bombard us from all angles. But that’s not where the power is. The true power is inside each one of us; and it’s up to us to focus on what we DO want in our lives.
One of the most powerful methods of creating positive, long lasting change, in an easy and relaxing manner is hypnosis. At Hypno-Freedom we are creating powerful, efficient hypnosis sessions for a wide range of applications for day-to-day life. Taking just 20 minutes during your day, you could listen to a soothing hypnosis session to help get you back into alignment with your own power and with what you want in your life.
We are dedicated to spreading ease and abundance in the world. We hope you will join us!

Hypnosis is awesome for stress relief! These sessions have helped me on many occasions, and not only for stress relief!

Absolutely! Hypnosis can be used for MANY things, all of which are important to a healthy, functional life. Common uses for hypnosis are habit control (like smoking cessation, binge eating, etc.), sports performance, and spiritual guidance.
What I’ve noticed is that no matter what a client is seeking from hypnotherapy, they ALWAYS get the benefit of stress relief! That’s a fantastic benefit!
