You can do a search on your hard drive (or "find") and type in the names of the files you think you downloaded. That way, if they are on your computer, the computer will find them and show you where they are.

		<description>Absolutely! Hypnosis can be used for MANY things, all of which are important to a healthy, functional life. Common uses for hypnosis are habit control (like smoking cessation, binge eating, etc.), sports performance, and spiritual guidance. 

What I've noticed is that no matter what a client is seeking from hypnotherapy, they ALWAYS get the benefit of stress relief! That's a fantastic benefit!</description>
