The Relief of Centeredness
February 4, 2007 at 2:35 am | In Journal Entry | 1 CommentRemaining centered and composed during tough times is a sign of one’s character. How rewarding it is to keep grounded and in a state of witness consciousness even when stress is at a high level.
If ever you find yourself in a confrontation make sure that you separate your true self from any outside influence. For instance if one were to experience a disagreement with a co-worker, start your own healing and ultimately the healing of the relationship by unrelentingly remaining connected with your breath or a mantra; whatever it is it must be powerful and meaningful to you and must shake you to the awareness that you are not your thoughts and you are not the thoughts of the other party. Only from this state of awareness can a sufficient amount of separation occur to allow for a new compassionate viewpoint.
Considering that we create our reality one must take responsibility for ones thoughts as ones thoughts act like a wave on the surface of a pond…once they reach the edge of the pond there is no place to go but back in the same direction from whence they came. The quality of the wave of thought will vary from gentle to violent. It is up entirely to you how the reverberation comes back. We reap what we sew right?
I cannot stress enough the importance of separation from the energies and thoughts ill or otherwise during such a stressful encounter. Accusing, belittling and otherwise defending a mental position whether right or wrong is a willful act of the ego. You can bet that if the other individual holds a similar mental stronghold that the outcome will bode ill for both parties.
Instead allow for a moment the emotions and thoughts to simply be. Do not judge repetitive thoughts and watchfully coordinate your breath or mantra with such repetition and ultimately you will have made yourself a stronger individual. Becoming aware of the repetitive thought as it occurs is the first sign of true enlightenment and power of presence.
Consistently becoming the “observer” is to yield and become flexible. From such a place even self-deprecating thought holds no sway and one’s power becomes immeasurable. You do not have to be a victim of an “opponent”, “aggressor” or even yourself. Take back your beautiful God given gift of centeredness and compassion and new doors of communication open up. Take a stand against the ego’s need to be in the right. Stand fully aware that thoughts and mental positions are merely figments of the imagination and when you do, you will soon realize you have a choice: Allow your thoughts to create your body and world; or get in touch with the inner witness by following the breathe and thus remaining centered in the birthright of the infinite being who you are…always.

To Conquer Fear
January 26, 2007 at 3:07 am | In Journal Entry | No CommentsDon’t even try. To make attempts to conquer fear one runs the risk of tempering and solidifying the fear. All one must do is become aware of the fear and look it straight in the eye.
When one becomes adept at such awareness and centeredness she can be sure that the fear will melt in an effortless way.

New Year Stress Free
January 24, 2007 at 4:30 am | In Journal Entry | 1 CommentTry as we may we cannot live a life in this hectic world 100% stress free…or can we? It takes practice and dedication and a slight disassociation from our ego and it is possible to live stress free!
In my various and quite numerous and occasionally humorous attempts to live in a stress free state I have noticed some interesting facts. When in a state of non-reactivity to the events of this world easier it becomes to love oneself and live stress free like a child. In such a state life becomes less MEAN-ingless as we put emphasis on being rather than controlling. Relinquishing the need to control every situation and simply allowing what is to unfold is to say “yes” in a powerful way. We become like bamboo yielding and skillfully bending and allowing the winds of change to blow however mightily while we remain in a graceful state of non-resistance. Notice if you will that such a wind (i.e. what life throws at us) forces us not toward weakness. To yield in a powerful non-reactive state is in no way saying yes to victim consciousness. Instead we become stronger in all ways to adversity no matter what direction the winds may blow.
In said state of skillful yielding an overwhelming joy comes upon you. If one trait above all others presents, (and it will) it is constant laughter. During times of stress freedom I have noticed that every thing becomes funny. The constant bombardment of thought becomes…funny; spilled milk…funny; the sleepy egocentric unconscious reactions of others…riotous.
In short when we do the inner work on a regular basis (i.e. morning meditation, afternoon breathing techniques etc.) our ability to see the humor in most anything is enhanced and supercharged! It is from this seat of the joyous soul that a stress free life is not only possible, but easily attainable for anyone.
Make stress free living a higher priority in your world. You are the center of the universe and as such have a command of how the world around you will be. Take the time each day to display your vibrant and luxurious luminescence by moving the laser focus of your awareness inward to the source of your radiance. From this place of multi-faceted beauty one can learn to bring to the world the miraculous, presence and enlightenment and the very nature of wondrous god/goddess that resides in all of us to the forefront of the collective consciousness of all humanity.

The Time Taken For Relief
January 21, 2007 at 10:00 pm | In Journal Entry | No CommentsIt has been said time and time again that as our scientists create new and efficient machinery and gadgetry that we will have more and more free time to do that which we love. The work day will be shorter it is said.
Those who make such claims overlook one central aspect of human consciousness. This aspect is the desire to perform and do good works and be not idle. Think about it, when we have more time what we do is take the opportunity to do more and more. The dishes are done by a machine…so now I can run to the store. The wash is done by a machine…so now I can make those calls. In short humans need to be reminded to take a break and relax.
Take some moments when the machines are doing the work for you to do some of the inner work you’ve been longing for.
With love and blessings,

Why The Rich Get Richer
January 17, 2007 at 6:28 pm | In Journal Entry | No CommentsConsidering that year after year ultra-wealthy individuals keep getting richer one wonders what is the secret. The secret is the law of attraction. You see the wealthy have a mindset different than most humans. It all begins with a belief in oneself and ones ability to attract abundance. Such a mindset never ends and herein lies the distinction. Once the belief is set in motion it never ceases to cause a rippling wave into the infinite universe. We have heard that we reap what we sow and how true this is always. When thoughts of abundance and feelings of abundance are foremost in ones consciousness, the universe responds with a matching frequency. The returning wave brings upon it an ideal reflection of the waves that the individual initially expressed. And this is why the rich get richer…because of an unyielding mindset for abundance.
What we must do then is change our beliefs and mindset and actions to reflect truly what we want to be. Remember this when making such changes: If one says to the universe “I want Peace”…the universe is going to respond with more wanting. The universe is very literal and responds to feeling rather than the nuances of the human subconscious which is often confused because of our cloudy desires. In short if what you “want” is abundance you can’t be abundant because wanting is an entity all its own and is one step short of being. If abundance is to be in your life you must be abundant with all your heart and soul. You must believe that abundance is already yours and the returning wave will bring to you what you are already. This is a case of believing is seeing and requires and act of great faith.
Now we must realize that wanting is ok. We have to know our wants and desires and how they reflect our values and beliefs. But knowing this is not enough. In order to be we must transcend wanting ultimately. Decide what you want and then be it.
Be it, live it.

Icicles In The Sun
January 11, 2007 at 8:11 pm | In Journal Entry | No CommentsGood morning to you all. Enjoy the day.
The tip of the day is this: Remain fully aware in every moment how the thoughts and choices you make move you toward your dreams and goals.
Ask yourself with every thought that passes…is this really a good representation of who I am? If the answer to that question is no then the thought is not yours but like a cell phone that picks up on another conversation the particular thought that does not resonate with you is not yours. You are a sensitive being and finely tuned to a myriad of subtleties all around you. Awareness is a constant beyond the background noise of the collective consciousness. Become adamantly aware and the thoughts and sounds that interfere with the smooth creation of your highest good will melt away like icicles in the rising sun.

All Directions Of This Infinite Circle
January 10, 2007 at 7:34 pm | In Journal Entry | No CommentsWe bring to life memories and stories, archetypes and collective thought successfully caressing the consciousness of which we are but a small microcosm. All hearts emotion and feeling comes harmoniously together with words of the infinite language in one peaceful compassionate embrace.
Thank you to the truth within you that expresses such deep gratitude. When we meet upon the street your delightful inner smile enlightens me for a soul’s moment and assists in awakening that within me I call peace and compassion for this human family.
You help me with infinite gifts each time you know yourself beyond the boundary of thought, ego and the box we have confined ourselves to for a very long time. Each time you caress this inner stillness the web of life is made strong. I feel your pull even now as you long to deepen the inner knowing of the truth each and every human does possess. It is oneness that we need to express; with children and neighbors far and wide, brothers and sisters and the truth of a Mothers intuition, the strength and presence of the Divine Father. As above so below together we bring the highest joy and understanding coupled with the happy dreams of youth to fruition. The deeper our connection with groundedness and solidarity the quicker dreams manifest and benefit greatly this inner child. Embrace the spirit of our connection as one human family and here right now in this sea of peace say yes to the infinite facets of this dimension of diamond minds.
Thank you beyond count.

Like Minded Hearts
January 10, 2007 at 4:30 am | In Journal Entry | No CommentsWhat a joy to meet a person and experience immediate connection. One may not believe in past lives yet there seems a history between you and this person. Feelings of friendship and a buzz of excitement at the infinite possibility when your energies commingle.
I felt this way with her the first time we met. I sat like a puppy eager to be recognized as a friend. She loved me from the moment our eyes met again…and perhaps there was only the illusion of separation from her. Afterall we had not met until this moment though every cell and vibration within me knew her intimately as my own face in the mirror.
This magic day brings great peace unto this heart and though I know that not even death is a hiatus in our connection, I grabbed onto her and never let go.

Connecting Love Dots
January 2, 2007 at 2:41 am | In Journal Entry | No CommentsWe are beings of ascension. We come to this world to learn the lessons needed for personal and group enlightenment. The best way to be conscious of the role one plays in the enlightening of this collective family is to love oneself and do the inner work. The light that is released when doing this work shines forth like a beacon and guides the lives of those around you. At this point there is no need to rack the brain in efforts to change the world. For like Gandhi did by changing himself from within and became the light he wanted to see in this world, so can we “get two birds with one stone” and create a lasting peace without by becoming peaceful on the inside.
From my early childhood I believe I am special though over time I forgot just how special I am. It happens to all of us that come to this world where light and learning have been on the back burner of the collective consciousness. Deep within the workers of light who have at various times throughout history flowered and were misunderstood, is a little push of fear that in this incarnation we will be judged, martyred and crucified. I have felt this within myself. Though now I laugh at this fear as I awaken.
Surely in another life I must have felt the pain of being shunned by a people for being one of God’s children of light…else I would not have such memory. So if the possibility exists to again be shunned why then would one choose to be such a beacon and claim his/her power. I will tell you that it is inevitable that we come to know our birthright and enlightenment, it is now; Now is the time here in this life. So we come back to why if such ignorance still exists would we choose a path that has been for generations the path of loneliness and isolation. Because although the memory of “witch hunts and inquisitions” exists it is only a memory. The light of these times was merely sent away and not extinguished. The light exists here and now in the hearts of many who were once the few. The light of truth once found in isolated pockets is now dispersed everywhere. The web of light is brighter than ever upon this earth and I call to you now to shine brightly and rejoice.
Connecting the love dots is a title I thought of today in meditation. I realized that a big aspect of forgiveness is remembering. The times we live half heartedly and foolhardily require us to forgive ourselves. But what is this forgiveness but a reconnection. The only way we can forgive is by coming fully awake and conscious of the love we all possess. In these moments of clarity we often look back to ask for forgiveness for the times of “sleep walking”. When we forgive ourselves and really mean it there is a lightness about our auras and physiology. I believe the forgiveness is a connection from the present moment of clarity to a former moment of clarity before the dark sleep. We all have moments of brightness. If in such a moment we reach back through time to another moment of brightness we connect the dots and everything in between is forgiven and enlightened. In this way we are able to learn from mistakes and literally change the past!
So in this moment of awakening become fiercely present and remember a time (if during one of our hypno-sessions one can literally reach back to Love/light of former lives) of great presence and light emanating from you. You are now involved in “Connecting Love Dots” and everything in between, all lives and thoughts and actions are now forgiven and enlightened. Considering the implications of this for a moment. Radical yes?!
In a recent mediation I connected with the time of Jesus and the Essenes and literally millenia of personal history was enlightened. I changed the past and could feel it now like a massive and very pleasant jolt to my body. I have been in a dream of tangible peace every moment since.
I invite you now to connect your love dots and know you are safe, loved and admired by angels.
Love long and prosper,
