Depression Vs. Centeredness

August 13, 2007 at 6:39 am | Posted in Articles | Leave a comment

What is depression? What is fear? Fear and depression are feelings that represent the difference between where you are and where you want to be. So how do we allow well being when what we want is different than that which our world has taught us to expect? When we say we want a thing and in our awakened hours talk and think of the absence of the thing we tear ourselves emotionally asunder and disallow it’s coming. Instead if we breathe fully and close our eyes while seeking a little better feeling thought delicious feelings wash over us from crown to sole. Now we are connected fully and saying powerfully yes to wellness and joy. Feelings of fear and depression then are overtly and joyfully supplanted by your powerful connection to the source energy causing you to desire a better world. The creation of a better world is now as simple as you picking the best feeling thought in each moment.

What we focus on will cause the law of attraction to yield similar if not exact results in our lives. These results are called by many “truths”. So if we seek now to focus on achieving a different result (i.e. better health, more wealth, greater peace) then a different truth will come. You see there is no truth but the one we seek.

Know that you are worthy down to your very core. Here your emotions are the result of your choice to focus on what you want rather than what people call truth. What is the truth of a cancer survivor, the truth of the great athlete, someone in touch with inner knowing that purity exists as the basis of this life. The “truth” is never set in some stone of destiny and if it were we would have no free will and this is no such universe. If the truth is set anywhere it is on your own deserved crown and within the heart of you. So reach with the thoughts, dreams and visions to the future and allow your inner guide, your gut feelings and fun thoughts to influence your actions. You are safe and secure and happy moving outward from a powerful center. Your birthright is all dreams and desires fulfilled.

The Greatest Gift — What Is It? – By Dr. Brenda Shoshanna

August 10, 2007 at 5:59 am | Posted in Articles | Leave a comment

The greatest gift we can give one another in a relationship is our true selves — being who we are. For some this is not difficult, but for most it takes practice to take off the masks and become real. At first it can seem frightening to stop playing games, and just be. However, much of the trouble that arises in relationships is because we are unwilling to do this. We think the games we play protect us, though they are actually the cause of the problems we have. Our need for real contact is so strong that when it is not there, our partner can easily feel lonely, rejected, or as though they don’t matter much.

There are all kinds of ways we keep the games going. Instead of finding out who our partner truly is, or what they really need from us, when something happens we don’t like, we rush to label them. They become an object to us, a stranger, or opponent in some way. Before we give them a chance to reveal themselves, we throw them away. In this way, we constantly separate ourselves from one another and then wonder why we feel so alone.

The biggest need we all have is to stop playing games, trust who we are, and realize that each person who comes into our lives is there for a reason; they are worth knowing truly. We must learn to build bridges between ourselves and them; allow open communication to take place. When we are unwilling to do this, it is usually because we are hiding, afraid of being known.

How to Let Go of the Games We Play
To start on our journey of becoming real, it is useful to look closely at the roles we play — the fantasies we so cherish. These roles are often exactly what get in our way. Roles can be hypnotic; it is easy to fall in love with a role or fantasy and begin to believe it is who we truly are.

Or, more commonly, we fall in love with the role someone else is playing, become mesmerized by it, and have no idea at all who the real person is. When that happens, we are not falling in love with the person but with the fantasy they are creating for us. It can and does come as quite a shock when things change, and one day, we find out who they truly are. At this point, many relationships get rocky.

There are many reasons it may feel dangerous to let go of a role or image. For some, the idea of being true has become confused with the idea of being selfish, not caring about the feelings of others. Oddly enough, just the opposite is so. When we are able to respond truthfully, real caring can begin to arise. On the other hand, when we act from our roles and games, we are implicitly demanding this kind of false response from others. This way of relating is deadening, and takes the enthusiasm, fun, and aliveness away. Everything becomes predictable. Boredom sets in.

The biggest danger of being lost in a role is that we lose touch with the reality of who we really are and what’s going on, both for ourselves and others. An incredible amount of misunderstanding comes about when we are glued to a particular fantasy or role. Unglue yourself a little.

In order to unglue ourselves from the usual roles we play, it is helpful to step into another’s shoes. Try seeing the situation from your partner’s point of view. Pretend you are them for a few moments. What would you need or want if that were true? Look at yourself through their eyes. You may be in for quite a surprise. As our compassion for and understanding of others increases, our stereotyped reactions melt away.

We constantly need to broaden our horizons. No relationship can stay the same forever. If it does grow, it begins to fade. If we do not expand, we begin to atrophy as well. As we become real and respond from the truth of who we are, a sense of fresh possibilities, flexibility, and aliveness comes to us. It brings excitement and adventure as well. This is a surefire way to bring the greatest gift, both to others and to ourselves.

Law of Attraction Made Easy

August 1, 2007 at 4:46 am | Posted in Stress Release | 2 Comments

A long time ago, I had the good fortune of meeting a young man who always had a unique and (usually) optimistic perspective on life. He often astounded me with his thoughts and viewpoints, always in a good way. Of the many wise philosophies this young man had, I will always remember the way in which he described the law of attraction.

My young friend had recently moved from Hollywood back to the Bay Area, and he had taken a job at a bank, mostly because it was what he knew before he had moved to Hollywood to become a somewhat successful television show producer. He had tired of life in the fast lane and wanted to slow things down a bit. Banking was easy, logical, and slow. Of course, after almost a year, he was ready to move on (it may also have had something to do with the fact that he had been living back home with his parents). It was at this point that I had seen him and he offered up his philosophy.

He said that he was interested in moving back to Texas (did I mention he had lived in Texas before moving to Hollywood? Well, I also didn’t mention that he had lived in Hawaii either). And that’s when it happened. He made such a simple observation, but it is so very wise. He said, “Have you ever noticed that when you make a decision, and you turn your attention in it’s direction, that things start happening to guide you, and eventually you end up there?” That’s the law of attraction in a nutshell.

You make a decision, turn your thoughts in its direction, trust that you will be guided, and it will happen!

I don’t know where my young friend is today, but I do know that, as always, he is following his bliss and allowing his guidance to light the way. Thank you my wise friend, wherever you are in this glorious wide world of attraction!

Peace and love.

Live Powerfully in the Present Moment – By Charlene M. Proctor, Ph.D.

July 25, 2007 at 6:41 pm | Posted in Articles | Leave a comment

The time we spend on earth is very short when you consider the scope of the universe. Often, we don’t see the big picture and get lost in the details. What is our purpose in the few years we have? It is to become a living embodiment of spirit while we are here. We must learn to express spirit through our actions, emotions, relationships, and in the work we do, which can be anything from loving our children to being a bank teller. We’re supposed to nurture each other, love the planet that provides us sustenance, evolve our soul in the process, then go home, perhaps to try another version at some later date.

There’s no singular instruction manual for this type of big picture thinking — to a large degree, we make it up as we go along. Remember, being born is like standing at the end of a big river and jumping into an already moving stream of people and events, all colored by the past — the past others have left behind, but mostly the past we create during our stay.

The Past is a Benefit
The past is important because we learn from it. It helps us navigate through our current choices in order to evolve our soul. We’re in soul school the minute we hit the ground until we cross over, coursework made possible by the enriching and sometime challenging conditions we have chosen. We chart a learning program well before we get here, a structure that includes our parents, our gender, and circumstances that will provide us with the greatest opportunity for personal and spiritual growth, resulting in true-self-empowerment.

Negative Programs Limit Our Present-Day Vision
Where we get into trouble is giving up our freedom to make new choices within that structure based upon the present, especially when we replay old, outdated messages given to us by others that solidify our belief system about who we are. Negative programming results, or the way we automatically approach present day circumstances, with a “can’t do” attitude. Negative programs limit our vision, preventing us from feeling empowered about what we can accomplish in life. Such negative thought patterns from the past deplete our energy reserves, diminishing our ability to make a difference in the lives of others today.

Have any of the following ideas become part of your present experiences?

* You can’t do that; girls just don’t do that. * You have to make me happy; I sacrificed everything for you. * This family comes first, not you. * You don’t deserve to be loved. * I’m poor but good. * The world is a terrible place. * You’ll fail/get hurt/be taken advantage of so don’t try. * I don’t have to apologize because I’m the parent. * You make enough mistakes, and you’ll learn how hard life is.

I believe we set a mental agenda every day, and what we see in our world, and our personal lives, is a result of what we think. If you aren’t getting what you want out of life, then you must create a mental discipline that replaces a negative belief system with one of hope, appreciation of the past, and a decisive statement of what you see happening in the present. The present is what matters.

Change Your Outlook
Changing a mental outlook takes discipline. In our culture we are taught to plan for disaster, be prepared, and anticipate what might be coming around the bend. It involves releasing outdated ideas and replacing them with ideas of what you want in the present moment, and accept it as already happening.

How many of you have heard “life is hard, a daily struggle, life is tough”? How about “if you don’t have your health, you don’t have anything”? I am of the opinion that if you don’t have excellent health, yes, things might be fairly bleak, but there still is an awful lot of life to be had. Life, in terms of our exchange with others, has many meanings, but often we’ve got the definition backwards. Life isn’t all about taking it in. It’s mostly about what you give out.

Write a Daily Affirmation to Stay on Track
Write a daily affirmation that encourages you to look inward and unseat old messages. Ask yourself, “What blocks my ability to overcome and mend? Am I fearful of life? Do I always put my needs last because I feel unworthy?” Change your mental outlook into a new assumption for today by saying:

* Each day is an opportunity to give more to humanity. * This unlimited universe gives me room to grow in unlimited ways. * By being who I am, I give to the world with excitement and love. * I become stronger because of the challenges I have faced. * I am worthy because I am my Divine Self. * I no longer need to hold myself back from success and prosperity. * My life is a unique expression of creation. * I love the journey I’m on. I construct my puzzle at my own pace!

Move Forward with Hope and Joy
Remember, every day is new, no matter how you slice it. The sun comes up in spite of our mistakes or the despair we must face. We are meant to continually move forward! Getting stuck in the past holds us behind, a prisoner within an incredible universe of opportunity. True empowerment stems from living now, not as a reaction to now from the past, or living with worry about what might happen tomorrow, next month, or next year. Every day, no matter what has happened to you in the past, is a new opportunity to begin painting your life on a fresh, new canvas. Paint with powerful, present moment strokes. A mental outlook centered in “now” allows you to realize more self-power and confidence you’ll need to ride the bumps in life. You can do it!

Law of Success – By Sharif Khan

July 25, 2007 at 12:45 am | Posted in Articles | 1 Comment

I’ve spent the last couple months immersing myself in the teachings of Napoleon Hill and would like to share with you a summary of the main principles learned from his landmark work, Law of Success: The 21st-Century Edition.

Most of you know who Napoleon Hill is. But for the benefit of those who don’t, Mr. Hill is quite arguably the author of the world’s first practical philosophy of human achievement. Commissioned back in 1908 by the great steel magnate, Andrew Carnegie, Hill spent over 25 years researching the lives of over 500 of the most successful people on the planet.

The amazing thing is that most of Hill’s work was not from secondhand research but firsthand knowledge from personal contact with some of the greatest powerbrokers of the day, including Henry Ford, Alexander Graham Bell, Thomas Edison, John D. Rockefeller, Charles M. Schwab, Elbert Hubbard, George Eastman, and U.S. Presidents Woodrow Wilson, William Howard Taft, and Theodore Roosevelt.

While Think and Grow Rich is certainly Hill’s most popular book based on the results of his exhaustive research, Law of Success (which was first published in a set of eight volumes) is Hill’s most comprehensive work of achievement; a veritable tome of success literature, I’d call it the world’s first and foremost “success encyclopedia.”

The only modern-day equivalents that readily come to mind are Anthony Robbins’ Unlimited Power in the field of applied psychology, Stephen Covey’s The Seven Habits of Highly Effective People on principle-centered leadership, and the success strategies employed in Jack Canfield’s The Success Principles.

Nevertheless, I would rank Napoleon Hill’s Law of Success: The 21st-Century Edition as the foundational book for developing a practical success philosophy that anyone can readily apply. The fully revised and updated 21st-century edition comes in at 1,035 pages, containing Hill’s deep analysis of the 17 proven principles of success, many personal examples and stories from his own life experiences, and new commentary from the editors providing modern parallels with contemporary events and the latest management theories.

In this special article, you’ll be provided with a brief summary of five of Napoleon Hill’s 17 principles from his classic bestseller, Law of Success: The 21st-Century Edition. Master these principles and you will master your destiny:

Principle # 1: The Master Mind
The Master Mind is simply a friendly alliance of two or more minds harmoniously working together in full cooperation toward the achievement of a singular purpose. It’s more than just a brain-trust of accumulated knowledge used for creative problem solving; the Master Mind is a field of accumulated energy created from the combined group’s spirit, which can accomplish far more than any individual member could possibly hope to achieve independently.

Hill recommends forming a round table of ideally six to twelve like-minded individuals who will support your chief aim, who are in complete harmony with each other, and who are willing to meet with you regularly to help you accomplish that aim. You must offer each group member something in return that will reward their participation in your Master Mind.

Whether you choose to develop a formal alliance or not, the Master Mind principle will still have a powerful influence over your life — for better or worse. It is said you are the average sum total of the people you spend the most time with, which will either help or hinder you. Choose your friends and associates carefully.

Principle # 2: A Definite Chief Aim
Without a definite purpose backed by a definite plan, one is as lost and hopeless as a rudderless ship in the middle of the Atlantic. Good intentions and hard work are not enough. You need a Purpose, a Plan, and Perseverance backed with a burning desire to achieve your definite chief aim in life.

To realize your Chief Aim, Hill suggests writing out your WWWH and reviewing it daily: “know what you want, when you want it, why you want it, and how you intend to get it.”  Also include what you plan to give in return for reaching your dream.

By reviewing your manifesto daily, with intense feeling, you will begin attracting the people and circumstances in your life to make your wildest dreams come true.

Principle # 3: Self-Confidence
To be self-confident, you must know. Know yourself and know your business. Know your strengths and weaknesses, your greatest fears, and deepest desires. Those who do not know live in constant fear and anxiety. A leader must know.

Keep a log of all your accomplishments and all the praise you receive and review it frequently. Use autosuggestion or self-talk to tell yourself daily about how you are growing as a leader in your field.

Fill your mind with positive, inspiring thoughts. Surround yourself with people who will empower you. Have faith in others and see the good in people because how you view others is a reflection of yourself.

Principle # 4: The Habit of Saving
Pay yourself first by developing the habit of consistently saving a portion of your income. Hill and many others suggest saving at least 10% of your earnings. (Tip: if you’ve accumulated high-interest debts such as credit card debt, it’s a good policy to allocate 80% of your savings to paying down the debt in order to avoid that debt from growing faster than the rate of return you’re getting on your savings).

Those who have will be given more. Having even a modest savings account will increase your self-confidence and will attract many opportunities that would normally not come your way without that extra cushion.

Successful people will be more willing to back your idea or promote you within their enterprise if they see that you yourself have developed the self-discipline of saving.

Hill recounts several instances in his book where people who had built up a little savings account were able to invest in new business opportunities, attract financing for their ideas, or enter into partnerships that would later result into untold millions.

Principle # 5: Initiative and Leadership
“Do the thing and you shall have the power.” – Emerson

According to Hill, leadership is “doing the right thing without being told.” Leadership is ultimately about taking initiative and getting things done. Bottom line: leaders get paid for results.

By always providing additional service without any expectation for pay, you will build your initiative muscles.

Leadership requires self-sacrifice. Leaders are givers. Inspire and help others and you will be rewarded in direct proportion to your efforts. As American self-help icon Zig Ziglar likes to say, “You can have everything in life you want, if you will just help other people get what they want.”

Please share these principles with your peers, forward this newsletter, discuss the concepts, and teach other people what you’ve learned. There’s no better way to learn than by teaching others.

Mind over Money: Five Simple Ways to Trick Your Mind Into Creating Wealth – By Andreas Ohrt

July 22, 2007 at 2:17 am | Posted in Articles | Leave a comment

I’m going to start by assuming that you are open to the idea that the power of your mind can change your life. Since you are visiting this website, I probably don’t need to go over the countless examples of how mind power has changed millions of lives. If you still need convincing that mind power works, there are dozens of great books out there for you to read.

I’m sure you don’t care about any of that, anyway. You just want to know how to use mind power, right now, to change YOUR life.

I’m also going to assume that you want more money in your life. While there may be many other goals which are as important, or more important, than creating wealth, I feel pretty confident that you wouldn’t mind learning how to make more money while you’re on your way to a better life.

Learning how to use mind power, and learning specifically how to use mind power to attract wealth and abundance, has been a major focus for most of my life. Along the way, I’ve learned that using mind power works most effectively when it is done with ease and grace. There need be no struggle to get exactly what you want in life. In fact, whenever you struggle, you push away that which you most desire.

Using mind power to change your life is more like a magic trick than anything else. You simply trick your mind into believing that you have what you want, and then your life miraculously changes to reflect your new belief. And just like a magic trick, it seems impossible until you learn the trick, and then you realize it is actually very simple.

Yes, I said very simple. The five steps which follow are designed for the complete beginner. You can start today, right now, to attract more prosperity in your life. Here are five ways to start immediately.

FIVE AMAZINGLY SIMPLE WAYS TO TRICK YOUR MIND INTO CREATING WEALTH

1. SHOW GRATITUDE FOR ANY MONEY WHICH ENTERS YOUR LIFE
In order to attract money into your life, you must show gratitude for the money which is already in your life. Instead of bemoaning how little money you have, bask in gratitude at the many ways in which you are rich already. For example, if you earn more than $25,400 a year you are in the top 10 per cent of wealthy people on this planet. And if you earn over $2,182 per year, you have more wealth than 85 per cent of the people on earth. When you focus on what you have rather than what you want, you realize that you ARE already rich. Give thanks often for all the riches in your life.

How to use this principle today:
The next time money enters your life, from any source whatsoever, instead of barely noticing what has happened and mentally beginning to spend it, use a few moments of time to give thanks to the universe for bringing this money into your life. Every time you receive a paycheck, every time someone gives you money for any reason, every time you find money, or get a great deal, or save money in some way, stop and appreciate the fact that money is flowing into your life. Doing this every time money comes to you will attract more and more money into your life.

2. ACT AS IF YOU ARE RICH
This is the fundamental truth of all mind power work, that you must act as if what you want is already yours. So act as if you already have the money you wish to have. Ask yourself, if I was already rich, what would I do, how would I act, how would I feel, and then do, act, and feel in those ways. Of course, you don’t need to quit your job and move to the South Pacific like you would if you suddenly won the lottery, but you start small and with each success you build your way to greater and greater wealth. Eat a little bit better, dress a little bit nicer, go on slightly higher-end vacations, take a cab instead of the bus now and then, take that course you can’t afford, or do anything at all that you wish to do but believe you can’t because of a lack of money. And when you do these things, bask in joy at your inner state of wealth, and know that this state will be reflected in your outer world. You’ll be amazed at how life provides for the things which bring you joy.

How to use this principle today:
The next time you are about to buy something, anything at all, purchase an item that is of slightly higher quality and price than you would usually buy. Even if something only costs a few dollars more than what is usual for you to spend, buy that item and thank the universe for providing for your new expanding lifestyle. Even though it is a tiny step, you are beginning to teach your mind that you are expanding your limitations, and as you practice this you will begin to purchase more of the things you want in your life and the money will come to you to pay for them.

3. FIND A PENNY, PICK IT UP
In order to attract wealth into your life, your subconscious mind must be open to the idea of wealth flowing to you. You must be open and receptive to money coming to you from any source whatsoever. This includes the pennies laying on the street. If you pass a penny on the sidewalk, and your usual reaction is simply to ignore it because stooping down to pick up a penny is not worth the effort, you are telling your subconscious mind that you are not willing to put out effort for money. The amount of money makes no difference whatsoever. The subconscious mind doesn’t distinguish between one penny and one million dollars. All it knows is how you feel. Of course this manifests in many other ways as well. Whenever you do not accept a gift graciously, whenever you do not charge someone for work that you have done for them, or charge them way less than you should because you feel guilty, and whenever you sell a product for less than it is worth because you do not want to charge too much, you are generating the same emotions. So begin to be open to money, in whatever form, and begin to accept it’s flow into your life, even if it’s only a penny on the street.

How to use this principle today:
Simply go for a walk today and look for money. You are sure to find at least a penny somewhere. Pick it up and thank the universe for bringing money into your life. Let your subconscious mind know that you are open and willing to accept money from any source. As well, apply this principle in your working life. If you have been undercharging for your services, raise your prices. If you are not earning what you feel you should, ask for a raise. And whenever anyone gives you anything, especially money, accept it graciously and give thanks.

4. BE OPEN TO MONEY MAKING OPPORTUNITIES
One thing that all self-made millionaires agree on is that there are opportunities everywhere, if we are just open to seeing them. You can prove this for yourself by looking at your own life. There are probably many times in your past which you think back to and wonder what might have happened if you had taken an opportunity at just the right time. Whether it’s obvious things like career opportunities you let slip by, investment opportunities you didn’t believe in, or less obvious opportunities like an idea you once had that is now making someone else rich, or an industry you could have joined before it became saturated.

If you are like most people, when you think of your past opportunities, you believe that you once had a chance but that opportunity is now gone. The difference between rich and poor people is that rich people realize that new opportunities are always all around us, all the time. You simply need to keep a look out for the opportunities, keep and open mind, and be prepared to take advantage when the opportunity arrives.

I’m sure you’ve heard the old adage that luck occurs when opportunity meets preparation. Well, it couldn’t be more true. If you expect to find money-making opportunities in your life, and you prepare to take advantage of them when they come, you will be blessed with more incredible luck than you have ever experienced.

How to use this principle today:
Get out a little notebook and write down all the money-making ideas you can think of. It doesn’t matter how stupid or outrageous the idea might seem, but write it down anyway. This does two things. First, you realize that there are plenty of money-making opportunities around you right now, as there always have been and always will be. Secondly, this exercise will stimulate you mind to see money-making opportunities where it might have ignored them in the past, and will help you practice to see opportunities in the future. If you keep adding ideas to your notebook consistently, one day you will see an incredibly opportunity on your list which is perfect for you. Then go for it!

5. DO SOMETHING THAT MAKES YOU FEEL GOOD
This has got to be the easiest money-making advice I could ever give. Do something that makes you feel good. When you feel good, your energy rises, and when your energy rises, it attracts more of the things into your life which make you feel good. Could life be any easier? Not really, but we are so caught up in the backwards thinking of everyone around us that we miss the obvious flow of energy. All you really need to attract more of the good things in your life, including more money, is to generate positive energy into the world. The states of happiness and joy literally rearrange the atoms of your world to bring you more happiness and joy. Of course, the reverse is true as well. So avoid fear, anger, depression, and spend your time feeling good about yourself and your life. If this is difficult for you, just practice. Begin with some small thing which brings you happiness. It could be as simple as watching a sunset, renting your favorite movie of all time, taking someone you love out for dessert, or anything at all. The secret is to do these things whole-heartedly, with all your attention focused on the happiness vibrating from your soul out into the world. This simple act will bring you rich rewards.

How to use this principle today:
Don’t just read this article and think, that sounds good, and then go back to your life. Pick something to do which will bring you happiness and do it today. It doesn’t matter what it is or how small it seems. In fact, you don’t have to do anything at all. All that is important is feeling the positive emotions of happiness and joy emanating from your soul. One simple way to generate positive emotion is to feel gratitude for something in your life. Just pick something in your life for which you are very grateful, and vibrate your gratitude towards it.

IT’S NEVER TOO LATE IF YOU START NOW
That should get you started. Five extremely simple actions you can take to begin to expand the prosperity you experience in your life. But don’t stop there. Never let fear or doubt enter your mind. There is nothing you need to succeed except the power of your own mind. If you worry that you are not smart enough, not connected enough, not talented enough, not young enough or not old enough, you are simply creating limiting beliefs which will manifest in the outside world. All you really need to know is that the outside world is a reflection of the state of your inner mind. Know that you can make every day from this day forward a little more joyful and a little more abundant and you watch your life begin to change.

It’s an easy and gentle process, much like letting a plant grow. One day you will suddenly realize that all of your good thoughts have grown into the beautiful fruits of a happy and successful life. This short article will point you in the right direction. But don’t stop here. If these ideas inspire you to think a little bit differently, and you’d like to learn much, much more about how your mind can create wealth, read my e-book “Money Making Secrets of Mind Power Masters.” In that book, I asked 21 of the world’s greatest mind power experts to share their most powerful wisdom and techniques for creating whatever you want in life. Breathe Daily With Us

July 18, 2007 at 10:05 pm | Posted in BREATHE | Leave a comment

Do you ever find yourself holding your breath? I for one notice that I am holding my breath…often!

How then if I find myself so frequently holding my breath is it that I am still alive? I can tell you this with certainty: an individual is not living to his/her fullest potential if breathing is constricted by lack of awareness. Fret not my friends and let us breathe together. The moment we begin to notice our patterns of breathing or absence thereof is the moment we begin living from our true power. So notice the breath and breathe with me; you can rest assured that when you read this and take that first breath in powerful awareness that I will be here breathing too.

As we notice the breath moving within and without, the frequency of peaceful thoughts increases exponentially. From this place of awareness and presence, our emotional guidance becomes clear and we are able to connect and move powerfully toward all the joy, abundance and peace that our desire and source has created for us since our birth.

From the mind that creates its reality powerfully, you will find a mind drenched in the energy that only breath and the presence created by awareness of the rhythms of the breath creates.
Just keep coming back to the breathing with your awareness and awareness will grow. In short life becomes easier as you strengthen all aspects of your being when such a practice is followed with effortless consistency. Let the breath come in and let the brain grow. Let the breath come in and allow the radiations of your peaceful soul to shine throughout your world. Let the breath come now and all actions and thoughts move to a place of non-resistance; a place enraptured with the energy that creates worlds.

Love long and prosper,
